Ideal for all kinds of frozen and fresh dough, especially for puff pastry, to get great evenness. With its compact size and smart design it is ideal for in-store bakeries, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants. The Atoll range offers two models: the Atoll 600 and Atoll 800, which feature:
• Double glass design, easy for observation and cleaning
• Bidirectional hot air circulation for even baking results
• Electromagnetic door lock - the door opens automatically when the baking program finishes
• 30 pre-set programs, each capable of Sbaking stages, for optimal baking results

Atoll 600
Only needs 230V/15A. It is a perfect 'show' unit for creating a bakery atmosphere where space is at a premium, while offering decent baking results.
It is ideal for small bakeries, coffee shops, hotel lobby bars and snack shops. It also features:
• Removable water tank with a compact design, ideal for limited spaces
• Easy-to-open double glass door, convenient for cleaning
• Special-sized baking trays (440x350mm), 3 trays for each baking cycle
• Also available in a larger version- the Atoll 800, and the Puff version
