Anodized cast aluminium alloy, belt driven transmission, quiet induction motor, forged and hardened steel toothed blade as standard, carriage running on self-lubricating bushes, aluminium feed plate equipped with special sliding grooves.
The revised adjustment of the thickness regulator shaft, allows the machine to obtain 1mm slices of meat or any other deli frozen meat (-6 °C / + 4°C).
